Conditions of use
Terms of Use
Version of October 21, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Cruzeiro Contabilidade website (cruzeirocontabilidadeac.com.br). By browsing the website or submitting the contact form, you confirm that you have read and agree to these rules. If you do not agree, we recommend that you do not use the website. The Portuguese version prevails in case of discrepancy.
1. Purpose and nature of the content
1.1 Informational content
The website presents Cruzeiro Contabilidade and its accounting, tax, payroll, consulting, advisory, foreign trade and management services, as well as supporting content. Everything is informational and educational: it does not replace a case-by-case analysis by a licensed professional, nor is it an opinion, advice or a service proposal.
1.2 Ever-changing legislation
Tax, labor and social-security rules change often. Although we review the content, it may become outdated between reviews. Please confirm with our team before making a decision.
2. Tax calendar and website tools
2.1 Reference dates
The obligations calendar and upcoming deadlines are calculated from current federal legislation, brought forward or postponed on weekends and national and state holidays. ICMS and ISS deadlines depend on each state and municipality and are shown without a date. Dates may change due to official extensions, special regimes or local holidays.
2.2 Quotes, clocks and weather
Exchange and stock-market quotes, clocks and weather shown on the website are for reference only, obtained from third-party public sources, and may be delayed. They must not be used for financial transactions.
3. Contact form
When using the form, you agree to:
- provide true data, your own or that of the company you represent;
- enter CC emails only of people who agreed to receive the acknowledgement;
- not send documents, passwords or sensitive data through the form;
- not use bots, bulk submissions or any automated means.
Each submission generates a service protocol. Sending a message does not create a contractual relationship nor oblige Cruzeiro Contabilidade to accept the engagement.
4. Hiring our services
Accounting services require a written agreement, as mandated by Brazil's Federal Accounting Council (CFC Resolution No. 1,590/2020), setting out scope, fees, deadlines, each party's responsibilities and document-delivery rules. If these Terms conflict with the agreement, the agreement prevails.
The responsibilities of each party — business owner and accounting firm — are explained on the Responsibilities page.
5. Intellectual property
Texts, trademarks, logos, images, videos and the website's code belong to Cruzeiro Contabilidade or its licensors and are protected by Law No. 9,610/1998 (copyright) and Law No. 9,279/1996 (industrial property). You may read, quote excerpts and share links, provided you cite the source; commercial use or full reproduction requires written permission.
6. Links to third-party websites
The website links to official portals (Federal Revenue, Planalto and others) and third-party services such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy policies.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the website available and accurate, but it may undergo maintenance, instability or failures of third-party services. Cruzeiro Contabilidade is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the website's informational content. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Code.
8. Accessibility
The website follows WCAG 2.1 level AA and offers an accessibility bar (font size and high contrast). If you find any barrier, write to contato@cruzeirocontabilidadeac.com.br.
9. Privacy
Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy and the Compliance — LGPD program, which form part of these Terms.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date at the top.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of Cruzeiro do Sul (AC) are elected, without prejudice to the consumer's right to sue in the courts of their own domicile.
